红色校史文化在高校大学生党员党性教育中发挥着重要的作用。在阐述红色校史文化内涵特征的基础上，探索红色校史文化融入党性教育的价值意蕴，以豫章师范学院为例，分析红色校史文化资源融入大学生党员党性教育的困境，进而提出数字赋能红色校史文化融入大学生党员党性教育的路径，创新大学生党员党性教育，对提升大学生党员党性教育的效果具有重要意义。

The red school history and culture play an important role in the education of party spirit among college students. On the basis of elaborating on the connotation and characteristics of the red school history and culture, this paper explores the value and implications of integrating the red school history and culture into party education. Taking Yuzhang Normal University as an example, it analyzes the dilemma of integrating the red school history and culture resources into the party education of college student party members, and proposes a path for digital empowerment of the integration of the red school history and culture into the party education of college student party members. Innovating the party education of college student party members is of great significance for improving the effectiveness of party education for college student party members.
