幼儿时期的劳动教育是劳动教育体系的根基,对整个劳动教育目标的实现发挥着重要的奠基作用。幼儿园、家庭、社区作为幼儿劳动教育的三大责任主体,三方协同推进幼儿劳动教育是对教育政策精神的贯彻,也是幼儿劳动教育特点的应有之义,更是突破幼儿劳动教育困境的现实之需。当前应积极探索三方协同推进幼儿劳动教育的实践路径,既要从整体上强化政策建设、整合课程体系,又要强调各劳育主体发挥优势功能、搭建协同载体。
Abstract:Childhood labor education is the foundation of the labor education system and plays an important role in laying the foundation for the realization of the entire labor education goal. Kindergartens, families, and communities are the three main bodies of responsibility for early childhood labor education. The tripartite collaboration to promote early childhood labor education is the implementation of the spirit of education policy, the proper meaning of the characteristics of early childhood labor education, and the reality of breaking through the predicament of early childhood labor education. need. At present, it is necessary to actively explore the practical path of tripartite cooperation to promote early childhood labor education. It is necessary to strengthen policy construction and integrate the curriculum system as a whole, and it is also necessary to emphasize the advantageous functions of each labor education responsibility body to build a collaborative carrier.
