基于DMGT的听障者卓越才能发展路径研究——一项多重个案分析的发现

摘要:

文章基于DMGT,对听障者卓越才能发展路径进行探究。以质性研究为取向,采用多重个案研究法,选取三位具有不同专业成就的重度听障者进行半结构化访谈。结果发现:早期口语沟通能力是才能发展倾向分化的基础,家庭提供的早期学习经验提高了才能发展的能动性,专注目标培养出才能发展的特质,良好人际关系突破了才能发展的瓶颈,适度目标调适促进了个体的自我转型。提出的听障者发展卓越才能的路径,为听障者教育带来启示:学校需要重视听障学生沟通能力的培养,家长需为听障学生提供早期学习经验,听障学生要主动通过学习将潜能转化为卓越才能,教师要引导听障学生积极促进自我转型,以及帮助听障学生建立良好的人际关系。

Abstract:

Based on the Differentiated Model of Giftedness and Talent(DMGT), this study explores the development paths of exceptional talents among individuals with hearing impairments. Adopting a qualitative research orientation, it employs a multiple case study method, selecting three individuals with severe hearing impairments who have achieved professional excellence in different fields for semi-structured interviews. The research yielded five key findings: First, early oral communication skills lay the foundation for the differentiation of talent development tendencies. Second, early learning experiences provided by families enhance the initiative in talent development. Third, focus on goals fosters the characteristics of talent development. Fourth, positive interpersonal relationships break through the bottlenecks in talent development. Fifth, appropriate goal adjustment promotes individuals' self-transformation.
